Terms of sale

This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version prevails.

1. Seller

Last1.fun is run by a private individual, pending the creation of their business. Contact: [email protected]. Payments are collected by Stripe on behalf of “Last1” and appear on your statement as “LAST1.FUN”.

2. Offers and software

Last1.fun sells software for gaming on Linux, by subscription or by one-time payment:

An offer shown as “coming soon” on the site is not yet on sale. Each offer gives access to the software it includes and to its updates for the entire duration of the access, Access is tied to your Discord account, which serves as your Last1 account: just log in with it in the software, on each of your computers, with no key or activation. This right of use is personal: the account must not be shared.

go-to-linux installs CachyOS, a free and open-source Linux distribution developed by third parties, alongside Windows: the licence covers go-to-linux, not CachyOS. System requirements: a PC running Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and booting in UEFI mode, at least 100 GB of free space and an internet connection during installation. Some online games protected by anti-cheat software do not work on Linux; they remain usable on Windows.

SoundFence is a soundboard and voice changer for Linux. System requirements: a Linux distribution from 2025 or newer (CachyOS, Arch, Fedora 42 or newer, Ubuntu 25.04 or newer, Debian 13, openSUSE Tumbleweed) with its default audio system, PipeWire 1.2 or newer.

You can switch from one subscription to another at any time from “My account”: the change is immediate, and the price difference for the current period is charged or credited on a prorated basis.

3. Prices and payment

The price of each offer is shown in euros, all taxes included, together with its billing period in the case of a subscription. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment is processed by Stripe (bank card and other payment methods offered on the payment page). We never have access to your bank details. A one-time purchase is paid once, when you order, with no further charge afterwards. A subscription is paid when you subscribe, then automatically on each renewal date, until it is cancelled; any change to its price will be announced to you at least one month in advance, and you may cancel before it applies. With a deferred payment method (bank direct debit), access is granted once the payment has been received.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and access remains open for three days. If payment is still not made, access to the software included in the subscription is suspended until the payment is settled. Your invoices and payment method are available from “My account”.

4. Duration and cancellation

Lifetime licence (go-to-linux). It is valid with no time limit and includes all updates published afterwards. There is nothing to cancel.

SoundFence 1-week pass. It gives access to SoundFence for 7 days from payment, then ends on its own, with no renewal and no further charge. Each new pass adds 7 days after the end of the access already purchased, with no limit on the number of passes. go-to-linux, included free with the pass, remains yours for life, even after the pass has ended.

Subscriptions. They involve no minimum commitment. You can cancel a subscription at any time, online, from the “Cancel your subscription” section of the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid: you keep access until that date, and no further payment is taken. You can undo the cancellation as long as that date has not passed.

5. Access to the software

Orders are placed with a Discord account, which serves as your Last1 account. The software is available immediately for download from “My account”, and is activated by logging in with the same Discord account in each piece of software. An order confirmation and a receipt for each payment are emailed to you by Stripe. Your purchases and your subscription are listed in “My account”.

6. Right of withdrawal

The statutory 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged losing their right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Before paying, you expressly request immediate access to the software and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided for this purpose. This consent is time-stamped, and is restated on the payment page and in the confirmation email.

7. Legal guarantees

The software is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services provided for in Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

8. Precautions and liability

go-to-linux changes the partitioning of the disk. Before any installation, we invite you to back up your data. The operation on Linux of third-party games or software, in particular those protected by anti-cheat software, is not guaranteed. The operation of SoundFence with third-party applications (Discord, OBS, games) depends on those applications.

The seller is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the software, from an installation carried out without a prior backup, or from the operation of third-party software and services. These limitations restrict neither the legal guarantee of conformity nor any other rights you have under the law.

9. Refunds

Outside the legal guarantee of conformity, a one-time purchase or a subscription period that has started is not refunded; cancelling a subscription, which is possible at any time, prevents any further payments. For any installation or operating problem, write to [email protected]. A refunded or disputed payment removes the access it had granted: the licence or pass purchased (including any software included free), or the subscription.

11. Mediation and governing law

In the event of a dispute, please first write to [email protected] so that an amicable solution can be sought. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. These terms are governed by French law.
